What is the Zuru App?
Zuru is an all-in-one booking management platform designed for tour operators and activity businesses. Our intuitive app streamlines the booking process, allowing businesses to effortlessly manage reservations, process secure payments, track customer data, and optimise scheduling—all from a single dashboard.
How do you process payments?
We are currently integrated with Peach Payments and continuously add more payment gateways, including our custom payment product ZuruPay.
How does Zuru's pricing work?
Zuru offers three pricing tiers based on your monthly processing volume: Basic (Free for R0-R100k), Standard (R1,399/month for R100k-R500k), and Premium (R2,499/month for R500k+). Each tier includes different limits for team members, experiences, and monthly bookings. The Basic tier includes 5 team members, 10 experiences, and 100 monthly bookings. Standard offers 15 team members, 50 experiences, and 500 monthly bookings. Premium provides unlimited team members, experiences, and bookings. All paid plans are billed monthly excluding VAT.
Which payment methods does Zuru support?
We support Card payments and a variety of payment methods including Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Mobicred, EFT, and other BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later) payment methods.
Can I customise the booking widget to match my brand theme?
Yes, you can customise the booking page to match your brand colors. All customisation can be done from the Zuru dashboard or via API.
How do I migrate from my current booking system?
Our team provides migration assistance to help you seamlessly transfer your existing data and bookings to Zuru.
Can you process USD and other foreign currencies?
Yes, our team will assist you get the right merchant account to process foreign currencies
